Introduction
This tour is part of our flexible coach touring range, guaranteed with a minimum of 2 people. Once the tour is booked, it is guaranteed so it will definitely go ahead, and will never cancel.
This tour is guided in English only. Please note if English speaking attendance numbers are low, the tour can become bilingual either accompanied by two tour leaders, one for each language, or a single tour leader providing explanations in both languages.
The tour offers flexibility, allowing you to customize it to your preferences. Arrival transfer to the port of Vienna. We welcome you aboard the "MS DUTCH GRACE" in VIENNA. Registration begins at 4:00 p.m. However, if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the front desk to explore the city on your own. Welcome cocktail and dinner. Overnight in Vienna
After breakfast, we will have a panoramic tour of Vienna through the most interesting places: The Ringstrasse, the Vienna State Opera (the most famous in the world), the Museum of Fine Arts, the Museum of Natural Sciences, the Hofburg Palace (imperial winter residence), the Austrian Parliament, the Vienna City Hall, the Museum of Applied Arts (MAK), the Votive Church or the National Theatre are some of the most outstanding. After the visit you will have free time before returning to the ship for lunch. In the afternoon free time or optional activities. Overnight on board.
We will spend a wonderful day on the enchanting Danube stretch of the Wachau Valley. In the morning, we will visit the picturesque and historic village of DÜRNSTEIN , and in the afternoon we will visit the village of MELK with its imposing Abbey. Both villages are the ends of the famous tourist Wachau Valley, which we can enjoy in the best way aboard our boat in the navigation that connects both towns. Overnight on board.
We arrive in BRATISLAVA early in the morning and after breakfast we will have the opportunity to enjoy the capital of Slovakia on the included walking tour that will take us to the most interesting places and monuments of its historic center: the old town hall, Hlavne Namestie square, the Ganymedova fountain, the Slovak National Theatre or St. Martin´s Cathedral are some of them. Free time in the afternoon in the city. Overnight on board.
We arrive early in the morning in BUDAPEST , the capital of Hungary, undoubtedly one of the most beautiful cities in Europe that we will begin to enjoy with a spectacular arrival on the Danube. After breakfast, we´ll take a panoramic tour of the city on both sides of the river, Buda and Pest, visiting the most emblematic places such as the Fisherman´s Bastion or the Heroes´ Square. Free time in the afternoon or optional activities. Overnight in Budapest.
Free day in Budapest to continue enjoying the Hungarian capital: A swim in one of the famous spas of the city, visiting the Parliament, Mount Gellert or the popular New York café are some of the possibilities that you can do in the city along with optionally visiting one of the most beautiful areas of the country "Lake Balaton", the largest natural lake in Central Europe. After dinner we will resume sailing, saying goodbye to Budapest among its illuminated buildings. Overnight on board.
We wake up in ESZTERGOM , the birthplace of the first king of Hungary, Stephen I, hence the importance and magnitude of its basilica. You will have free time and, in the afternoon, we will enjoy a pleasant navigation. Overnight on board.
We return to VIENNA where we will end the navigation and, after breakfast, we will proceed to disembark at 09.00 hrs.
