Introduction

This tour is part of our flexible coach touring range, guaranteed with a minimum of 2 people. Once the tour is booked, it is guaranteed so it will definitely go ahead, and will never cancel.

This tour is guided in English only. Please note if English speaking attendance numbers are low, the tour can become bilingual either accompanied by two tour leaders, one for each language, or a single tour leader providing explanations in both languages.

The tour offers flexibility, allowing you to customize it to your preferences. By clicking 'Quote or Book,' you will have the choice to select your desired start and end dates and destinations within the tour's defined parameters. Given this flexibility, it's important to note that the same people, tour guides or drivers may not be on your entire journey.

Welcome to Europamundo! We’ll transfer you to the hotel and you’ll have some free time. In the afternoon, you’ll find information about the start of your tour on the boards located at the hotel reception.
IMPORTANT: Please note that hotel check-in time is typically at 14:00 p.m. If you need early room access, consider booking an additional night at the start of your trip.
If you have booked additional nights, your room will be prepared upon arrival, but your trip guide will generally only contact you when the scheduled activities begin. At reception, you’ll find a sign with contact details and assistance hours for our staff. Until the tour begins, your schedule is free, and the hotel staff can assist with any inquiries.
Optional activities: During your trip, your guide may offer optional activities. We recommend booking these activities well in advance through the Europamundo app or your "My Trip" link to ensure availability. Last-minute bookings may result in limited availability (e.g., tickets, coach seats).
Note: The timings in this itinerary are indicative. The guide may adjust schedules as needed to make sure you have the best experience.
08:00 h. Sightseeing tour of the most modern city in Europe, and visit to the Museum Island, Brandenburg Gate, Unter den Linden, the Reichstag, Potsdamerplatz and the Zoo. We leave the coach to visit the Holocaust Memorial and Berlin Wall Museum. Berlin bore witness to many significant events of the 20th century.
Free time in the afternoon to explore the city. If you wish, you can optionally visit one of the largest concentration camps of Nazism, the Sachsenhausen camp.
In the evening we include a transfer to the lively area of Kantstrasse , a district that offers different types of ethnic restaurants to dine in. Return to hotel.

Scenery: Elbe Valley in Saxony and mountain forests of Bohemia

08:00 h. Berlin – We leave for the Elbe Valley, passing through attractive woodland scenery.
10:45 h. Dresden – Time to visit this important cultural city of enormous historical importance. It was rebuilt following the serious damage it suffered after being bombed in 1945. We recommend having lunch at one of the pleasant international restaurants near the river Elbe.
14:00 h. Dresden – Departure. The river Elbe accompanies us along part of the way.
16:15 h. Prague. Arrival. We include a to take you to the Old Town Square . This central location is full of energy and touristic activities. It’s a marvellous place to acquaint ourselves with Prague. Several restaurants offering cuisines from around the world will be waiting to delight your taste buds, including Czech, Chinese, Indian and Italian. Return to your hotel.
07.45 h. Comprehensive tour . Lasting three hours and a half the tour starts off from the “ Caste l Quarter ” ( admission included) , the political, religious and monumental centre of the capital, and the cathedral, the palaces and viewpoints over the “city of the 100 towers” and explains the history of the country. Then we continue our walk through the “Small City” or “Malastrana Quarter”, the city’s Baroque jewel, to the famous “Charles Bridge”.
The city tour is followed by a cruise along the river Vltava.
Free time in the afternoon to continue exploring the city.
In the evening, we enjoy time in the historic city center and there will be an opportunity for you to enjoy cuisines from around the world. Return to hotel.

07:30 h. Prague – Departure for Munich, capital of the German region of Bavaria.
12.45 h. Munich – Free time to stroll through the monumental centre and have lunch at one of the famous traditional beerhouses, accompanied by popular music.
15:15 h. Departure for the Tyrol and Innsbruck
17:45 h. Innsbruck. We will have time to stroll and for dinner in the Golden Roof area at the Old Town, where there are many local and international restaurants (Indian, Chinese, Oriental, Italian, etc.) in which to dine. Transfer to hotel.

Scenery: Visit to Swarovski Museum. Alpine landscape in Austria, forests and plains.

09.30hrs- Swarovski Crystal Museum, we will visit the headquarters of the well-known firm, where we will visit the Gardens and the Museum and see how this crystal is made.
11.15hrs- Swarovski Crystal Museum departure.
11.45 hrs- Innsbruck- Time to stroll in the historic center of Innsbruck.
15.30hrs- Innsbruck departure. We take an enjoyable journey through wonderful Tyrolean sceneries towards Switzerland.
19.30hrs. - ZURICH, enjoy an evening in the historic centre next to the lake, where you can dine at your favorite restaurant (Indian, Oriental, Italian, International, Swiss, etc.).

Note: Wear warm clothing and comfortable shoes to walk, and bring your camera.
Note: Due to weather conditions (strong wind) or maintenance reasons, the cable car may not operate at certain times. If this happens, we will provide an alternative transportation to another similar place.
07.30 hrs- Zurich- departure to a spectacular stage with beautiful landscapes with high mountains and lakes.
10.00 hrs.- Grindelwald. Time to have a coffee in this mountain resort in the Bernese Alps before taking the cable car to Grindelwald First (ticket included) , the largest ski center in the region. We will walk along the path (30 minutes) in which we will have the opportunity in breathtaking alpine landscapes, to take the
"footbridge over the emptiness" enjoying the glaciers that surround us; Lunch included for all passengers (vegetarian option available).
13.45 hrs- Grindelwald departure. We continue to Lucerne.
15.30 hrs- Lucerne- arrival in time to explore one of the most interesting Swiss cities and see the KapellBrück, covered bridge over the river Reuss, the Town Hall and Square with its Clock Tower and its pedestrian streets and elegant shops. Time for a stroll to enjoy the city and dine before returning to the hotel in Zurich.
19.00 h. - Lucerne, departure to Zurich.
20.00 h. -Zurich - arrival to the hotel.
Note: The guide will offer you the possibility of a full day optional visit, leaving in the morning and, after some free time to discover Lucerne, we take a rotating cable car to reach the top of Mount Titlis. At the alpine summit, at over 3000 m above sea level, you will enjoy breathtaking views of the glacier and the Alps.

Scenery: Spectacular alpine landscapes, quaint villages and lakes. Do not forget to bring your camera!
Notes: Please carry your passport in hand as it might be requested when crossing into Italy.
08.00 hrs. - Zurich – We will leave Zurich early in the morning and cut across the Alps in order to reach the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland. Along the route we will get to see beautiful lakes and snow-capped mountains.
11.00 hrs.- Lugano . Arrival in the capital of Ticino, the Italian-speaking canton of Switzerland and an elegant cosmopolitan city, built on the shores of Lake Lugano. Free time to explore this quaint city and to have lunch.
13.30 hrs. Lugano. Departure. We continue our journey through this region of lakes and mountains. We enter Italy.
14.30 hrs – Como. Arrival at this city considered the treasure of Lombardy with a beautiful lakeside garden promenade and a spectacular Cathedral. Time for a stroll.
16.00 h. Como – Departure.
17.00 h. Milan – The guide will take us to the impressive Duomo Square. There will be time to dine at Porta Venecia (Port of Venice) where an outstanding variety of restaurants can be found to suit all tastes. From restaurants serving Swiss and Italian food to French, Chinese and international cuisines. Transfer to the hotel at about 20.00 hrs.
Note: due to the works that are currently being carried out on the road and the temporary limitation of passage for heavy vehicles, we will provisionally make the stop in Como instead of in Morcote.

Scenery: surprising scenery along the coast of Liguria and the Tuscan Apennines.
08.30 hrs- We leave the Italian financial capital towards Pisa.
12.00 hrs- Pisa –On a little touristic train we will travel to the Piazza Dei Miracoli (Square of Miracles) where there will be time to admire one of the most alluring and beautiful art complexes in Italy, including the well-known Leaning Tower of Pisa.
15.00 hrs- Pisa – Departure for Rome, passing through ancient Etruscan regions.
20:30 h. Rome - Arrival.
Note: This stage may have a different schedule (arriving somewhat later to Pisa and Rome) for the meeting en route of travelers coming from Nice.
08.30 hrs. - In the morning, we have the city tour , which will be a great introduction to “The Eternal city”. We enter the tiny state of the Vatican. The Vatican City is a principal center of Christianity in the world. You will be able to visit St. Peter’s Basilica. We continue visiting the Imperial Forums (entrance included) , an impressive architectural ensemble formed by buildings and monumental squares, center of the political activity of the moment.
18.30 hrs. - In the evening we provide a transfer to Trastevere area. A stroll in the narrow cobbled streets of the Trastevere district reveals hidden treasures to us, such as some modest medieval churches, small shops with the most peculiar objects or scenes of daily life. Many trattorias (informal Italian eating establishments) and osterias (inns) imbued with the Italian spirit will be ready to serve you local dishes. Other restaurants serving Indian, Chinese and international food can be found in this area.
20.30 hrs. - Return to the hotel.
At the time your guide says, we will make a transfer to the airport to catch a domestic flight includedin your trip. On arrival at destination we will give you another hotel transfer . Your guide will contact you at the end of the afternoon or you can consult the information in your hotel reception.
NB : remember that on domestic flights, the luggage normally allowed is one suitcase of up to 20 kg in the hold. Passengers must pay for all excess luggage directly to the airline
The day starts around 08.30 hrs with a city tour through the centre of Madrid, including Paseo del Prado, Cibeles, Neptuno, the Gate of Alcalá, Plaza de Colón and Plaza Mayor.
We will visit Retiro Park , an oasis in the city centre, where we will see the lake and the Glass Palace. Entrance to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, the football stadium of Real Madrid. We get to know the areas reserved for the players as well as the public areas and the small museum about this team, considered by some as the best in the world.
Enjoy the rest of the afternoon.
At the end of the evening, we will return to the hotel.

Scenery: Varied, with rugged sections, arid areas, and Mediterranean landscapes towards the end.
07:30 a.m. - Departure from Madrid. We’ll make a brief stop along the way.
12:30 p.m. - Zaragoza. Our guide will provide information about the city, leaving you in Plaza del Pilar to visit the basilica and enjoy lunch.
02:30 p.m. - Departure from Zaragoza.
05:00 p.m. – Poblet Abbey. We’ll stop to visit this beautifully preserved medieval monastery, surrounded by ancient walls in a picturesque setting (admission included).
06:15 p.m. - Departure from Poblet Abbey. We’ll travel through the rich agricultural regions of central Catalonia.
08:00 p.m. - Barcelona.

09:00 h. - City tour with our guide or the local guide of Barcelona, famous for Gaudí and its modernist architecture. We will see the Columbus monument, Plaza de Cataluña, Paseo de Gracia, Diagonal, Sagrada Familia, Montjuich with the Olympic facilities and Plaza de España. We finish at the Ramblas area. You can have a walk in the historic center - Gothic quarter. After the city tour our guide will offer you optionally the visit to the Gaudí´s masterpiece and emblem of the city, the Sagrada Familia. Free time in the afternoon.
18.30 hrs- In the evening we include a transfer to the Maremagnum , a modern leisure center and restaurants facing the sea, next to Plaza Colón, where you can stroll through this lively area and dine.
20.30 hrs- Return to hotel.

Scenery: Following the Levantine coast between the Mediterranean Sea and arid landscapes dotted with orchards, citrus groves, and rice fields, we’ll arrive in Valencia.
08:00 a.m. - Departure from Barcelona. We’ll travel to the Valencian Community along the touristy Levantine coast.
10:45 a.m. – Peniscola. Dominating the sea with its imposing walls, this historic center, with its steep streets, white houses, and medieval castle, tells tales of popes and pirates. Peniscola is one of the most beautiful villages on the Spanish Mediterranean. You’ll have time for a walk.
12:30 p.m. - Departure from Peniscola.
02:30 p.m. - Valencia. Time for lunch. Why not try the authentic Valencian paella? In the afternoon, you’ll go on a guided tour of this port city on the Levantine coast, with more than 2,000 years of history, showcasing monuments from various periods that contrast with the architectural avant-garde of buildings like the City of Arts and Sciences. We’ll visit the historic center, the fish market, the cathedral and the modern neighborhoods where the avant-garde City of Arts and Sciences is located. Free time.

Scenery: Sea views, green valleys, semi-deserts, and mountains in Andalusia.
08:30 a.m. - Departure from Valencia. We’ll head south. You’ll see the colors of the Mediterranean along the way.
10:45 a.m. - Alicante. Enjoy time to explore this very nice city with a lively marina, restaurants, a historic center, and a castle overlooking the city. Time for a walk and lunch.
02:00 p.m. - Departure from Alicante. We’ll head to the Murcia and Andalusia regions. Palm trees, orchards, and prosperous agricultural regions give way to arid lands and watchtower castles, that will remind us of ancient wars between Muslims and Christians.
04:00 p.m. – Caravaca de la Cruz. Free time to visit this charming town, recognized as a Holy City by the Roman Catholic Church. The church here holds a relic of the Cross. We’ll include a ride on the tourist train to the historic area.
05:30 p.m. - Departure from Caravaca. Between beautiful mountain ranges, through forests and white villages, and with glimpses of distant medieval fortresses, we’ll enter Andalusia.
08:30 p.m. – Granada.
Full day in GRANADA and if you have purchased the tour with the entrance included, visit the immense Alhambra Palace and its beautiful Generalife gardens , built in the Arab era. Free time in afternoon. We recommend to take a walk through the Albaicín neighborhood or visit the cathedral that houses the tomb of the Catholic Monarchs.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: The number of people authorized to visit the Alhambra is limited by law. To guarantee entry, the ticket will be issued when confirming the reservation of the tour. For this it is necessary to have the client´s correct personal data (full name and passport/ID number). Since there is no possibility of cancellation, in case of cancellation of the reservation the ticket costs will be passed on to the client. In very limited cases, when the Alhambra reservation is canceled, the Real Alcázar of Seville with similar characteristics will be visited.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: To access the Alhambra, it is necessary to present the document with which you confirmed the reservation (passport or ID).

08:00 a.m. – Departure from Granada. We´ll travel towards the Mediterranean Sea.
10:00 a.m. - Malaga. We´ll have time to walk through the historic district, famous for its cathedral.
11:30 a.m. – Departure from Malaga. We´ll follow the coastal highway next to the sea.
12:30 p.m. - Puerto Banús. We’ll spend some time in this exclusive area of Marbella, in the heart of the Costa del Sol. Time to stroll along its marina and shopping streets.
03:00 p.m. – Departure from Marbella. We´ll leave the coastline and journey towards the Andalusian mountains, passing through beautiful towns with great views along the way.
04:30 p.m. – Ronda. A magical and peaceful white town, known for its alleys and the deep canyon that divides it. We´ll have time to walk, explore and take in the views.
06:00 p.m. – Departure from Ronda. We´ll continue through beautiful landscapes of hills and white villages.
08:00 p.m. – Seville. Arrival in the evening.
Our visit to Seville will be truly memorable as we blend a bus and walking tour with a scenic boat ride along the Guadalquivir River, offering the best views of the city´s monuments and landmarks.
A local guide will enrich our experience with insights into the history and culture of Andalusia´s capital, starting our journey around nine in the morning. Highlights include the Cathedral and Giralda, Santa Cruz neighborhood, the Guadalquivir riverbanks, Torre del Oro, Maestranza Bullring, Cartuja Island (former Expo site and home to Isla Mágica amusement park), and María Luisa Park with its stunning Plaza de España. The tour, lasting approximately 3 hours including the boat ride, will conclude with free time in the afternoon. Optionally, the guide will offer the opportunity for those interested to visit the cathedral and attend a flamenco performance at a tablao in the evening.

09:00 hrs. - Seville - Departure. We travel through pleasant landscapes of soft mountains and large pasture lands towards Extremadura.
11:30 hrs. - Mérida . Arrival in the capital of Extremadura. Admission included to the archaeological complex of the Roman Theater and Amphitheater , the largest in the Iberian Peninsula, a World Heritage Site, recognized not only for its good state of conservation, but also as an example of the importance that spectacle and entertainment had the ancient Rome in all of its provinces. Mérida has a pleasant pedestrian historic center with a lot of life and places, where you can have lunch.
15:30 hrs. - Mérida - departure. Beautiful landscapes of large meadows. We pass to Portugal. We enter the Alentejo region.
16:30 hrs. (Portuguese time) - Évora - Arrival. The capital of Alentejo, one of the oldest cities in Portugal that has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Time to walk through the historic center with its white streets, its cathedral, its old churches, a taste of southern Portugal.
18:30 hrs. - Évora - Departure.
20:00 hrs. - LISBON - Arrival and accommodation.
Sightseeing tour of Lisbon. In the morning, you’ll enjoy a city tour with a local guide lasting approximately 2 hours. You’ll get to know the Portuguese capital of the seven hills, with its charming alleys, iconic tiles, the feeling of "saudade," and the beautiful Atlantic light. Our tour will include stops at the following points: Eduardo VII Park, Baixa Pombalina (Marquis of Pombal Square, Rossio with views of São Jorge Castle and Alfama), Estrela neighborhood, Estrela Basilica, the Monument of the Discoveries, Belém Tower, and the Jerónimos Monastery. The visit will conclude in the city center. You´ll have free time in the afternoon to further explore the city. We recommend taking the Glória Funicular to visit Bairro Alto and the São Pedro viewpoint. Optionally, our guide will offer visits to the picturesque towns of Sintra, with its castle, and Cascais and Estoril by the seaside.
08:30 p.m. - We’ll return to the hotel from the lively Restauradores Square , filled with vibrant bars and cafes.

After breakfast, our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful lasting memories.
Note: Please be aware that the hotel check-out time is usually 10:00 a.m. You can leave your luggage in reception upon check-out, allowing you to explore the city without carrying your bags. You can retrieve your luggage at your convenience later in the day. If you require additional time to use your room, we recommend booking an extra night at the end of your tour.
