Welcome to Europamundo! We’ll transfer you to the hotel and you’ll have some free time. In the afternoon, you’ll find information about the start of your tour on the boards located at the hotel reception.
IMPORTANT:
-Check-in: Please note that hotel check-in time is usually at 02:00 p.m. If you require earlier room availability, consider booking an additional night at the beginning of your trip.
-Additional Nights: If you requested additional nights, your room will be ready upon arrival at the hotel, but your trip guide will only contact you when the included activities begin. At the reception, you will find an information board with our staff’s telephone number and hours of assistance. Until then, you have free time to enjoy at your leisure. The hotel staff can assist you with any information you need.
-Optional Activities: During your trip, your guide may offer optional activities. If these activities are available on the Europamundo app or through your "My Trip" link, we strongly recommend booking them as early as possible to ensure availability. Waiting until the last minute may result in missed opportunities due to limited tickets, bus seats, or other factors.

In the early morning, we’ll start a panoramic tour with a local guide. The sites may vary depending on the local guides, traffic and the weather. The specific sites visited may vary depending on the local guide, traffic conditions, and weather. During the tour, you’ll see Hyde Park, Oxford Street, St. Paul’s Cathedral, the Tower of London, River Thames, Piccadilly Circus, the Parliament, Westminster Abbey, the Tower of London and Buckingham Palace, where you may have the chance to witness the famous Changing of the Guard, depending on the time of year.
The afternoon is free for you to explore at your own pace. Our guide will offer an optional excursion to Windsor Castle.
6:30 p.m. - In the evening, we’ll meet at Piccadilly Circus to take a stroll through Leicester Square, Chinatown, and Soho, areas known for their vibrant atmosphere, theaters, and entertainment. Enjoy dinner at a restaurant of your choice, offering options such as Indian, Chinese, Thai, or international cuisine. After dinner, we’ll return to the hotel.

Notes:
-Please have your passport ready, as it will be required to leave the UK. When entering the Netherlands, we’ll set our watches forward one hour.
-We have a night crossing, so pack anything you´ll need on the ferry in a carry-on suitcase.
In the morning, we’ll visit the British Museum, one of the oldest and most renowned museums in the world, showcasing artifacts from cultures across the globe. Our guide will help you find your way to the different galleries. We especially recommend visiting the ancient Egypt section.
At lunchtime, we’ll provide a transfer to Camden, a district renowned for its vibrant and eclectic street market. There, you can explore unique items and artifacts from around the globe and enjoy lunch at one of its little restaurants or food stands.
4:00 p.m. - Departure from London.
6:45 p.m. - Arrival in Colchester, known as the oldest town in England. You’ll have time to explore and enjoy the town.
8:45 p.m. - Departure from Colchester.
9:30 p.m. - In Harwich, we’ll board a modern ferry equipped with all the amenities of a cruise ship for a night voyage to the Netherlands. Accommodation will be in cabins with private bathrooms. The ferry is scheduled to depart at 11:00 p.m.
Important note: Due to the limited number of cabins available on the ferry, the itinerary may be adjusted. On some occasions, we might travel from London to Amsterdam via a daytime ferry, departing around 5:00 p.m. and spending the night in Antwerp, including a short walk through the city before accommodation. For bookings made at shorter notice, we may instead travel to Amsterdam by train or plane, including transfers.

08:30 a.m. - Arrival at Hoek van Holland and continuation of the journey.
10:00 a.m. - Volendam, a charming fishing village. You’ll have time to wander around.

01:30 p.m. - Departure from Volendam.
02:00 p.m. - Amsterdam. We’ll go on a city tour with a local guide, lasting about two hours. We’ll start the tour with a stop in front of the Rembrandt Statue and Amsterdam Mill, one of the most iconic mills in Holland. Next, we’ll pass through the RAI Convention Center, crossing the southern part of the city, the most exclusive area of Amsterdam. We’ll then stop at the Museum Square to learn about diamond cutting techniques at the Diamond Museum. Afterwards, we’ll head to the Amstel River, entering the former Jewish Quarter with its Holocaust Memorial and the Portuguese Synagogue. We’ll pass by the old harbor and the Maritime Museum. Our tour will conclude at the Central Station, where we’ll leave the bus and walk to the Church of St. Nicholas, the heart of the city. The tour ends here, and you’ll have some free time to explore on your own.
In the evening, we’ll provide a transfer to Rembrandtplein, known for its wide variety of restaurants offering cuisine from around the world. Here, you can enjoy dinner at your leisure and explore the nearby Red Light District, celebrated for its progressive values.
08:30 p.m. - Transfer back to the hotel.

Embarkation and dinner on board:
After breakfast, we’ll bid farewell to our travel companions and transfer to board the MS Crucevita in Amsterdam (Coenhaven or Zaandam port) to begin our Rhine Valley Cruise. Check-in starts at 4:00 p.m., but if you arrive earlier, you may leave your luggage at reception and take the opportunity to explore the city on your own. In the evening, a welcome reception and dinner will be included, and we´ll spend the night in Amsterdam.

After breakfast, we’ll transfer to Amsterdam to continue exploring the city. We recommend visiting its museums and strolling through the canal-lined streets to soak in its charm and vibrant atmosphere. The afternoon will be free, with an optional guided excursion to the northern region of the country. We’ll sail through the night.

We’ll arrive in the fascinating city of Nijmegen , the oldest city in the Netherlands, proudly showcasing its rich history dating back to Roman times, evident in its well-preserved archaeological sites and monuments. We’ll take a stroll through its historic center, after which you’ll have free time to visit impressive landmarks such as St. Stevenskerk and the Valkhof Museum, among others. We’ll sail through the night.

We’ll arrive early in Cologne , one of Germany’s most prominent cities. Our walking tour will take us through the historic center of this ancient city, concluding at its most iconic landmark: the Cologne Cathedral (Kölner Dom), the seat of the Archbishopric. The afternoon will be free to explore the city’s breweries, shopping streets, and perfumeries, or to take an optional visit to nearby Düsseldorf. After dinner, we’ll set off and travel overnight.

Today, we’ll explore one of Europe’s most stunning landscapes—the famed Romantic Rhine . This 65-kilometer stretch, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is celebrated for its breathtaking scenery, historic significance, and captivating tales, including the legend of the Loreley siren.
At either end of this picturesque route lie Koblenz and Rüdesheim , two charming cities we’ll have the chance to visit during this enriching day. We’ll sail through the night.

By mid-morning, we’ll arrive in Mannheim , a university city situated at the confluence of the Rhine and Neckar rivers. Mannheim is famed as the birthplace of innovation: Karl Drais built the first two-wheeled vehicle here in 1817, Carl Benz’s first car rolled through its streets in 1886, and Julius Hatry constructed the world’s first rocket plane in 1929.
From Mannheim, we’ll visit Heidelberg, renowned for its 14th-century university and its stunning hilltop palace overlooking the Neckar River. We’ll sail overnight, continuing our journey.

We’ll enjoy the charm of Strasbourg , the capital of French Alsace and one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, nestled in a region of splendid landscapes. In the morning, we’ll take a tour of the city , starting with a panoramic drive and continuing on foot through its historic center to explore its most significant landmarks. After lunch, you’ll have free time, or you may choose to delve deeper into the heart of French Alsace with a visit to one of its most iconic villages, Colmar. We’ll sail through the night.

Breakfast and disembarkation:
We’ll wake up in Mainz, the city where Johannes Gutenberg invented the movable-type printing press. Its historic center, crowned by its thousand-year-old cathedral, contrasts beautifully with the vibrancy of this modern university city. At 09:00 a.m., passengers must vacate their cabins, though luggage can be stored at reception until departure time. After breakfast, we’ll enjoy a guided tour of Mainz (please ensure it aligns with your flight schedule), after which our services will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful lasting memories.

- Our staff onboard will be happy to assist you in arranging a taxi from the ship to Frankfurt Airport at an approximate cost of €80 per vehicle.
- If additional nights in Vienna were requested after the cruise, the transfer from the ship to the hotel is not included.
